After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from our secure payment gateway provider, eWAY, containing your order details (if you have provided your email address).
We will also confirm the receipt of your order, by email, within a few minutes of ordering.
Our intention is to fulfil your purchase and ship your goods via Australia Post within 1 to 2 working days; if in the exceptionally rare case, goods are out of supply, you will be notified of that and that delivery will take a little longer. This would be an unexpected circumstance.
